She also has a strong labor and employment practice and has helped both private and public employers resolve lawsuits involving allegations of discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues, and collective bargaining agreement disputes—whether via litigation, arbitration, private mediation, or pre-litigation negotiations.
Emily is an active member of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, and is Co-Chair of the Girls on the Run Los Angeles Ambassadors, a committee that supports the work of Girls on the Run Los Angeles County.
“I am honored to be named to the 2021 NAWL Rising List. I am committed to getting more women in the rooms where their voices need to be heard. Whether it’s in the c-suite or on a firm’s executive committee, women provide the strong and focused leadership our industry needs. My mentor has always encouraged me to speak up. I’m looking forward to a career of empowering other women to do the same.” – Emily Rodriguez-Sanchirico
