The article highlights Miller Barondess clients East West Bank, Rod Stewart, and Motley Crue, among others.  It recognizes the firm’s victories and unique in-house appellate practice and other notable results.

In a case seeking over $100 million in damages, Miller Barondess achieved a confidential settlement on behalf of a technology and entertainment executive in a suit involving the acquisition of Fox Mobile from News Corp.  The article also focused on an appellate victory on behalf of the County Board of Supervisors wherein the Court of Appeal affirmed the trial court’s summary judgment ruling against claims that members violated the Brown Act.  The firm also represented one of Patron’s former executives in a $70 million case against Patron Tequila wherein Miller Barondess settled confidentially on behalf of their client.
