Justin is a litigator with experience representing clients in complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts. His background is in contract disputes, real estate litigation, employment law, class actions, and other complex matters.

Defended a major pharmaceutical company in multi-district litigation.
Represented an extended warranty service provider in a lawsuit against its insurer for breach of contract.
Represented a major automobile manufacturer to assess claims under California’s Unfair Competition Law.
Prior to joining Miller Barondess, Justin was a litigation associate at Arnold & Porter LLP. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. During law school, he clerked for the Consumer Law Section of the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General. He also worked as a clinical student at the East Bay Community Law Center, the largest provider of free legal services in the East Bay area. Justin received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Communication from the University of Washington.
