We currently represent a class of plaintiff internet advertisers in a class action lawsuit against IAC/InterActive Corp., in one of the country’s first lawsuits based upon internet pay per click advertising. In another case, we represent Internet advertisers in a class action matter against Google for similar claims based upon Google’s Adwords advertising program.

• Defended an NYSE-listed, China-based company in a securities class action seeking millions of dollars in damages.
• Participated in defending one of the world’s largest bond funds in a market manipulation class action lawsuit where the plaintiffs were seeking hundreds of millions of dollars in damages.
• Defended a major real estate developer in a class action suit alleging unfair business practices.
• Prosecuted a securities class action lawsuit involving a Biotech company
• Obtained a favorable settlement on behalf of a bank in a nationwide federal class action.
• Obtained a six million dollar judgment on behalf of a class of consumers against a nationwide moving company in an action for violations of the California Commercial Code.
• Obtained a favorable settlement on behalf of a financial institution in a nationwide federal class action where the plaintiffs sought to recover more than $250 million lost in a Ponzi scheme.
