Daily Journal Honors Amnon Siegel on Top 40 Under 40 List

The June 20th issue of the Daily Journal honored Amnon Siegel in the 2018 list of Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers.  The article praised Amnon for a $256.4 million jury verdict that he won for his client, Superior Automotive Group, against Nissan Motor Corporation. This verdict was recognized in the Daily Journal’s Top Verdicts of 2017.

Amnon also represents a putative class of approximately 800,000 Toyota Prius drivers against Toyota Motor Sales USA relating to defective inverters in the Toyota Prius engine.  Plaintiffs allege that Toyota issued inadequate repairs for life-threatening safety defects in Priuses.

Amnon’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters in the entertainment, technology, real estate, consumer products and financial services industries.  Mr. Siegel has handled intellectual property and business competition disputes, including copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secrets, unfair business practices, fiduciary claims and contract disputes.  Mr. Siegel has represented employers and employees in trade secret and non-compete/non-solicit matters.  He has also represented businesses and individuals in partnership dissolutions, breakups or “business divorces.”
